Downloads and items that are shipped:
Any digital downloads are given to you right away after you checkout. Any products that are shipped are shipped via UPS and you will receive the tracking and the product is usually delivered within 5 business days.
Return policy
Once an item is downloaded it is no longer available for a refund because digital items can not be returned. We can however issue a full refund for any digital items that are not downloaded. Any item that is shipped is eligible for a return within the first 14 days, please contact support@nursinga.com to start a return.

A user can cancel an order prior to receiving the item. We can always issue a refund before any file has been received.
